CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

HYPERBOLT is committed to customer satisfaction and has established the following cancellation and refund policies:
 

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order.
     

  • Cancellations will not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and/or the shipping process has been initiated.
     

2. Testing Period:

  • We provide a 10-day testing period for customers to verify the performance and stability of the GPU within their system
     

  • If you are not satisfied with the product within this 10-day window, you are entitled to a full refund following the return of the GPU in the condition in which it was sent by us/received by you
     

3. Reporting Damaged Items:

  • If the component gets damaged in transit, please report it to our team on the same day of receipt
     

  • The request will be processed after we/ the merchant checks and confirms the extent of the damage
     

  • In the case of suspected damages in transit based on appearance of outer packaging, we recommend the following actions:
     

    • Collect the shipment and please DO NOT unpack the shipment
       

    • Submit a report indicating possible damages to us with pictures of the packaging
       

    • Our team will review your complaint and initiate a return shipment and a full refund
       

    • We do not recommend refusal to collect shipments based on suspected damages in transit
       

      • Refusal to collect shipments will result in a penalty of 10% of the paid value, deducted from the sum being refunded.
         

4. Product Not as Expected:

  • If the product received does not match the description on the site or your expectations, inform our team within the same day of receiving the product.
     

  • Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
     

5. Manufacturer Warranty Issues:

  • For products under manufacturer warranty, please refer any manufacturer warranty related issues directly to the manufacturer.
     

6. Failure to Deliver:

  • If the product is not delivered, a refund will be processed only after confirmation is received that the product was not delivered
     

  • Our team will contact the customer to confirm further actions as per their convenience 
     

  • In case of failure to deliver, a customer may:

    • Opt for a full refund
       

    • Opt for another GPU from our platform
       

7. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
     

By adhering to these policies, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers.
